I think HP were pushing by something. I log on to check my online status for
previous trade in. They showed up as 'Audited' from 'Being audit' status. I
think the check will be mailed soon. If you want to wait, you have 30 days
to ship your used printers using their Fedex label. You can wait about 25
days to see if we |

A few years ago, OD sells quickbook simple lower than rebate pirce. The
rebate center refused to honor the rebate because the sell price is lower
than rebate price. A lot of buyers called OD and they finally asked the
rebate process center to honor all of the rebate we submitted. I think the
last way, we can write or call HP to tell them the rebate center did
something wrong. Trade in processing center is an independent company from
HP. I
