however, the other one seems like it was downgraded
cuz the logo was changed from premier black to regular blue
didn't recycle yet

12-18 months if you don't have $1000 purchase during current year.
you'd better check if they combine your account. Recently there are a lot of
people with premier account got combined with their multiple account.
