如果只是单纯的AND/OR的争论那不用争了，这个我已经和paypal和我的tax accountant

20w没报，201件总值2.01w得报了还是挺奇怪的，呵呵

我的疑问是，我看到的条文说是and,特别是and还特地大写了。

any transactions that are classified as 'payment received' counts.
Which means if I send you $1 personal gift payment, it'll count towards
that 200 total.
