windows。过了两天买家发邮件管我要注册号，我说不能给他，他执意管我要，说我卖
的电脑里面有这些软件所以软件也是我所卖的商品的一部分，一定要我提供，否则就怀
疑我是盗版会去提出诉讼之类的事情。
头一次见到这种SB，请问我该怎么解决回复啊？

Thanks for your email.
As I mentioned in previous email, I'm selling the laptop rather than the
software. Also, the price that I offered is the price I purchased the laptop
rather than premium price.
In addition, the information about my laptop I mentioned on amazon.com is
comment on the condition of my laptop rather than advertisement.
The software are synchronized from another Macbook and they are purchased
long time ago. You should have asked me for the code before the purchase if
you really want them. I have registered the windows XP online under my name
and I don't think I can provide you my registration information.
You can return the laptop to me if you feel unsatisfied with the laptop.

computer as this letter and any information written from here on will not be

I have spoken with Amazon recently to clarify your advertisement for
selling this like new and in great shape Mac computer with all of the
software programs. They are aware of all of our correspondence and what you
stated in your ad. It is clear that it is clear from my conversation with
them that this it is unacceptable to offer the software programs as part of
the package and selling the computer at a premium if you are not including
the licenses of these programs. It is also clear that the programs are
useless if these activation codes are not provided as future updates,
upgrades and potential crashes will require them which unfortunately occurs.
I would like to make it clear that I am very happy with the mac computer
and wish to keep it but I find it unacceptable that there is no supportive
material including Adobe, VM Ware and XP authentication especially in this
day of piracy. If you purchased the computer this past October there should
be no reason why you cannot support something to substantiate the proper
transfer of the software including the activation codes, installation master
DVD etc... that comes with buying these types of software.
I am very very interested in working this out. I welcome any information
that you may have in resolution of this matter so that we can resolve this
without any issues.

那个确实除了能register意外都可以正常使用，我觉得这个买家不是在计较能不能用，
而是在计较有没有registeration code

我也没想多赚钱，因为苹果用的不习惯，我就想卖了换台电脑。我列软件就是想也许有
的人有需要所以会让我的电脑更有竞争力。而且我也没有多加钱卖，就是以我买的价格
标价的。

不过我现在觉得如果退钱的话就说明我理亏，买家会觉得自己很有道理反而会得寸进尺
。我觉得不把事情完全说清楚的话他以后还可能会找我麻烦的。
但是我现在觉得自己比较有道理，但是不知道我的理由合不合理，如果合理该如何解释
更加清楚。所以特此来请教各位前辈们
