We recently contacted you to let you know that we had run out of supply for
the Xbox 360 bundle. We know this was a frustrating message to receive.
We have now been able to identify an alternative solution - we can send you
an Xbox 360 console with internal 4GB HDD and the Kinect Sensor immediately
and then send you an external 250GB hard drive to arrive later. The external
hard drive is not necessary to utilize the other components.
We’re currently expecting to receive supply of the 250GB external hard
drive in mid-to-late January. Installation of the 250GB HD onto the Xbox 360

The cost of this alternate solution will match the price of your original
order. We will also upgrade your shipping to next business day at no
