Unfortunately I have a problem with one of them right now. The screen
froze and it seems broken. I contacted Amazon kindle service and after
discussions and trouble shoting they decided to replace it. unfortunately
as they do not ship to Kazakhstan, I will have to ask you to do this favor
for me as your customer.

they are already informed about the replacement and so they'll send it to
you next day. Then I'd really appreciate if you could forward it to me.
