因为本来就是新的。结果收到买家的来信，要求换。我根本没有可换的，而且他打开了
我也退不掉了。下面是他的来信，大家说我该怎么办？才睁个几毛钱却惹得一身骚，真
烦。
Item I received is not as described:
I received the game today, but much to my dismay, it was loose inside the
case. I opened it and inspected it for damage, and I could see 4 tiny '
pinholes' through the label side of the disk. I am afraid that the
functionality of the disk may be compromised because of this. I bought the
game to be played at a later date, specifically after finishing Red Dead
Redemption and then Uncharted 1, so I won't be able to go through it at this
time to see if it's going to work or not. I'm extremely fearful that if I
have it sitting around here until I'm ready to play it that it won't work
when I do decide to, or that it will malfunction partway through the game.
Can you replace it with another copy? Thanks! | I******e
