service one email about this a couple of days ago. But no reply so far.

When you log into your Shopper Discounts and Rewards membership and shop,
you will be able to see in your Click History which websites you visited. We
rely on the retailers to report transactions back to us before we post them
in your account. It will often take retailers a few days or even up to 30
days after an order has shipped before they report the transaction back to
us. Once the automatic processing has occurred you will then see your
purchase listed in your Transactions.
If anything older than 30 days does not show in your transaction list then
please send us the complete email receipt that includes:
Purchaser’s Name
Merchandise price
Date of purchase
Method of payment used.
