We are a thin film photovoltaic (PV) company that develops and manufactures
CdTe modules on glass substrates. we are hiring for a position that is focus
ed on understanding CdTe doping processes, CdCl2 and Cu, both dose and unifo
rmity, and their effects on module performance and stability. BSc or MSc lev
el would be most appropriate with strong materials science/applied physics c
oursework (or even better labwork) and exposure or coursework in general che
mistry. PV background is not needed but would be an advantage.
