i read the email that you sent me , and quite frankly it is ridiculous and
makes no sense what so ever. i have been a virgin mobile customer and
consumer for 10 years and obviously you are unfamiliar with the packing of
their phones. also, i had to open the package to use the phone to find out
that the phone didn't meet my requirements or needs. in the years that
virgin mobile has been around, the have NEVER perfrated,and/or, made it
possible to open the item without the use of scissors. therefore, how i can
i send it back unopened and in a perfect package??? it is impossible. the
package was opened neatly and still contain all the contents need for
another person to purchase from you. so do your research on the packaging on
virgin mobile packaging and realize a con sumer has to use merchandise to
know whether or not they like it or if it suits their needs. i would like a
full refund and there will no longer be business between myself and your
company,
because obviously you don't understand what returns are all about. i can
put it neatly in the package with the charger,perfectly new phone , and
paper work/instructions. as far as unopened. that cannot be done. i havent
even had the phone for a month. rectify your mistake , and reimburse my
money. thank you,

用了不喜欢，就算walmart给退，退回来的也是按repackaged used卖。
没人能按新的在卖了。
amazon自己的也是30天内，全新的才行。
其他的东西还好，prepaid 手机里面的免费充值都用光了，怎么退？
