received seems to be used already, his words "when I opend package
apparently the top was loose and it leaked all in the box and on the item.
What would you suggest?"
I never opened the item before because it was factory packaged, and I mailed
out the same thing to other buyers and they are fine.
Now I am thinking either it is not the buyer's problem, or it may be the
mailing problem from USPS, how can I handle this issue? thanks a lot!! | w**********8

发帖数: 212 | 4 it is not liquid....it is 0.2-0.3oz gel inside and outside is solid plastic stuff, I used bubble mailer, only this buyer
has problem....
I am not sure what should I do because it is the first time I encounter this
issue, please help, thanks!! |
