I recieved the software, found there was no outer seal on the wrap, (which
would prove it was unopened)and then found the inner seal (on the plastic
case was opened carefully to make it look unopened)
THEN.......I try to install.....and neither disk is readable.
Please respond quickly so we can resolve this in some way

First let me say, I am not looking to have a problem, or cause a problem, so
don't worry about your EBAY status, and try looking at this from where an
honest customer has to.
I WAS very nervous when I saw this package was opened....But I told myself
there could be many reasons for that and I only wanted a good working copy
to put on two computers at my home.
When they would not read.....I tried other disks, and they read fine. Thats
when I wrote to you......looking for help and answers.......not attacks!
After many more attempts, I realized I should have tried this on another
machine, instead of just other disks in in this machine.
Once I did that..........The disks could be read......so as it turns out....
.something is wrong with the DVD player in this machine, although oddly
enough, it reads other DVDs.
SO......no problem, I will buy another drive and I appologize for making you
defensive................
Try to understand how this felt from my perspective...........and I did ask
you to write first before any other action, because I believed your ebay
status shows you are honest.
So once again.......It is now working, I don't care about any seals as long
as It is working and a legal copy,

我有一次遇到，费了好多口水忽悠it，不过措辞都很温和，估计病人后来消失的原因是
被我唐得晕过去了
