The windows 7 upgrade starter can't not be used with out a disk. So I would
like the disk or my money back. I talk to microsoft today and that is what

this will not work as an upgrade from windows vista to windows 7 this is for
net books from starter to to windows 7 to upgrade from vista to 7 you have
to uninstall windows vista and reinstall windows7
