一时大意， ship 出去了 USPS EMS, 现在收到buyer信：
“
good morning the post office contacted me about my package!!! they said that
they received a express mail for me but the package came empty. they are
telling me I have to call the person who shipped it and ask them to claim
the insurance. now I don't know the right procedures could you please tell
me how and who will refund me for my item!!!! please let me know what are
the right procedure! as this is the first time I ever had a problem with a
purchase and shipment from amazon. hope this matter could be cleared up
quickly. thank you kindly”
