I have receive an update from our fulfillment center team and I need to
apologies on there behalf since the units were properly found but for some
reason they were assign to a different seller account. Since this situation
relies entirely on us, I have request a full reimburse for the 10 units
included on this case.
Keep in mind that the amount reimburse will be determine by the credit team
and according to the Amazon policies. Again I am terribly sorry about what
happened and I will keep you posted for updates. |
