I'm encountering a new problem in my lenovo laptop. Its recording system
does not work properly. When I record my voice on the laptop, the sound is
distorted. I tried many times, but the results were still the same. I tried
to use both the internal mic and external mic, but they do not work as I
still get the distortion. It seems that the sound receptive device does not
work properly. It also happens when I use skype to talk with my family; they
hear my voice distorted. As I need to use skype to communicate with my
family abroad, this is a big problem for me. Before this laptop, I used DELL
and never found such problem. Can you help me with this?

不行的话reset bios to default setting, 再试试。
