e explain please.
The bottom is not "level" because it appears to be not screwed in correctly.
The battery pack is uneven also. It looks like it "snapped in" uneven there
fore causing the laptop to not rest completely flat as it should. That's wha
t my son and I noticed. It is a subtle defect and annoying to use "to the
touch".
This laptop was purchased for college in which case, he leaves in less than
2 weeks and we are both disappointed. That is the laptop he wanted. We are
concerned as we would like a new laptop to rectify the above..........but wh
at if a new one brings forth the same issue?

Upto 4.5 hours means in standby mode it will last 4.5 hrs by industrial
standard. In work mode, normally 2 to 2.5 hours.
