Please DO NOT use recycled box to package your item. Please use NEW BOX
WITHOUT prior TAPE / SEAL. NOTE: We have recently fraudulent buyers return
total junk/empty box for defective items, to avoid this, we require that all
boxes CANNOT be Re-sealed and Opened. We will inspect the package and video
-graph the whole process of box opening to insure that the package we get is
what you send us.
Failure to provide a NEW box with NO Re-Seal will cause rejection of your
refund request.
This letter will be sent to Amazon / eBay Fraudulent Prevention Services for
future reference.

we receive the product and inspect it, the refund promised will be processed
