I did not receive my package and per FedEx tracking, they said that it is
delievered.
I'm assuming someone in my building took it when FedEx left it.
I ordered a printer which should've been shipped out as signature required
package.
I'm assuming it is a medium size box, and my shipping address contains a
unit number.
If your company is sends out these electronic orders, it should have been
shipped out with a signature delivery for security purposes!!!
Please resolve my issue and resend the package with SIGNATURE REQUIRED!!! OR
please send the package to a different address. |
