I just called NWIT and here's my version...
1. Max originally available was 35~40 units.
2. Order fulfillment priority is first come, first served.
3. Only about 150 orders went through. So they only expect to have around
100-ish cancellations.
4. They are sorting it all out now, refunds should be processed soon.
