to get the plastic open, however, the kapersky box was not sealed with
plastic wrapping and the box looked used and was empty. I hope you have
contacted kaspersky so that the disk can never be used by anyone. At this
point and time I cannot use my computer because I do not have virus
protection since I did notl get the disk to load with the code. Is it
possible that your shipping department accidentally sent me a used empty box
. I contacted Amazon immediatly after I received and opened my package and
found that it was empty . Please credit my account for the amount of the
purchase and I will purchase one directly thru amazon. I will contact
amazon again tommorrow to let them know that I have requested a refund . If
you do not credit my account I will contact the better business bureau and
file a complaint with them. Even though it is not a lot of money, It is the
point. I paid for something that I did not get.
