Holiday Campaign Terms & Conditions
Offer Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
Offline, PIN-based & International Transactions Ineligible.
This Offer begins 11/15/11, 12:00:01AM Central Time ("CT") & ends 12/31/11,
11:59:59PM CT, or while supplies last ("Offer Period"). Internet access is
required for participation & redemption. Eligibility: Open to MasterCard&#
174; cardholders who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District
of Columbia, 18 or older as of 11/15/11, except employees & the immediate
family members of MasterCard International Incorporated ("Sponsor"),
MasterCard customer financial institutions, credit unions, alliances, &
processors (collectively, "MasterCard customer financial institutions" & "
FIs"), Meredith Corporation ("Meredith"), & Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S
/T," & collectively with Meredith, "Promoters"), & each of their respective
parent companies, affiliates, distributors, retailers, subsidiaries, &
advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"). Offer
subject to all applicable federal, state, & local laws & regulations. Void
where prohibited.
To Register & Participate:
Visit www.mastercard.com/holiday, enter your email address, & fully complete
/submit registration form ("Registration") according to the instructions
provided including your MasterCard card ("Card") you would like to utilize
for Offer participation. Limit (1) Registration per person, per email
address, &/or per Card account number during the Offer Period. You may only
register (1) Card for the duration of the Offer Period. Additional
Registrations received from any person, email address, or Card account
number in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
Following Registration, you will be eligible for (1) Offer Gift for your
first total online purchase transaction of $200 or more (via one or multiple
transactions) on your registered Card during the Offer Period. Purchases
only qualify for Gift receipt after you register, & will not be
retroactively tracked to the start of Offer Period.
Offer Gift redemption instructions will be emailed to eligible recipients
within approximately (1) week following $200 online purchase threshold
completion. Email will contain link to Redemption Form where you must
provide your complete Gift shipping address & other relevant details
including your registered email address. Limit (1) Gift per person, email
address &/or per Card account number, as applicable, for the duration of the
Offer Period. Additional online purchase transactions in excess of first $
200 threshold will not qualify for additional Gifts.
All steps outlined above (1-3 above, each collectively an "entry") must be
fully completed to be eligible to receive Offer Gift. If you do not complete
all steps, you will not receive an Offer Gift. Account adjustment
transactions/returns, offline, PIN-based & international transactions, late
payment fees, over-limit or over-draft fees, return check fees, check re-
order fees, cash advances, ATM fees, annual fees, balance transfers &/or
other fees assessed on your account are ineligible toward qualifying Offer
spend threshold. Participation from unauthorized card use or made with lost,
stolen, or fraudulent Cards is void. Only purchases made with a qualifying
Card in good standing (both at time of Registration & Gift fulfillment) &
issued by a FI in the US to an identifiable end user & that are processed &
submitted through Sponsor's US transaction processing system during the
Offer Period are eligible. Your use of your qualifying Card, submission of a
Registration &/or Redemption Form (collectively "Offer Data") constitutes
your consent to participate in Offer & consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, &
transfer your name, address & other details for Offer administration
purposes. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete,
stolen, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, incorrect, or undelivered Offer
Data; any error, omission, interruption in service due to system upgrades,
repairs, modifications or other causes, defect or delay in transmission, 3rd
party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication;
telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors; theft,
destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Offer Data;
technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors
whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise, relating
to/in connection with Offer, including, without limitation, errors in
connection with Offer administration, Offer Data processing, or Gift
notifications; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other
connections; Internet traffic congestion or any technical problem, including
, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person's computer related
to/resulting from Offer participation; errors or omissions in Terms, in any
Offer-related ads/materials; human-processing error; electronic equipment,
computer hardware or software failures; or inaccurate entry information,
whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor
can void entries of any entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to
tamper with/impair Offer administration, security or proper administration.
Gifts: (80,000) Offer Gifts: (1) $20 MasterCard Prepaid Gift Card (
Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$20). Maximum Total ARV of all Offer Gifts=$1
,600,000. MasterCard Prepaid Gift Card restrictions may apply. Allow (1)–(2
) weeks following Redemption Form completion for Gift receipt. Gift
quantities are limited. The first (80,000) qualifying cardholders who
register, make qualifying transaction(s) toward Offer spend threshold, &
complete Redemption Form as described above receive (1) Gift. (10,000)
Supplemental Gifts: In event (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is met before 12/
31/11 Offer End Date, Sponsor will award the next (10,000) eligible
recipients (1) 1-year subscription to a magazine title to be designated by
Sponsor ("Subscription") (ARV=$35.88). Maximum Total ARV of all Supplemental
Gifts=$358,800. If (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is not hit, Supplemental
Gifts will not be awarded. Supplemental Gift quantities are limited & will
not be awarded in excess of (10,000) as described above. Subscriptions will
be mailed to eligible recipients beginning with the 2/2012 issue of the
magazine & concluding after (12) issues. All Gifts to be sent by USPS first-
class mail to address provided in Redemption Form. By accepting Gift,
recipients agree to be bound by these Terms & any applicable Gift terms &
conditions. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or
substitution of Gifts permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion,
which reserves right to substitute a Gift with one of equal/greater value.
If Gift or Gift notification email is returned as undeliverable, said Gift
will be void & Sponsor will have no further obligation to entrant. By
participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & agree that
Released Parties & their designees & assigns shall have no liability & will
be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any
other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real
property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the
acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Gift or Offer participation. For
