First we had a pricing error on the $199 8GB white iPod Touch for $139, and
then due to 'Cyber Monday Madness' we subsequently cancelled the
overwhelming number of resulting orders. Please accept our sincere apology
for this blunder.
We feel horrible about it!
In the spirit of the Holiday season we would like to go back and honor this
pricing error. Please give us the chance to make it up to you.
If you would like to restore your order, please call us at 800-426-6027 and
one of our Customer Service agents will assist you with reordering the iPod
at the $139 price. Operators are standing by Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm
and Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET.
Note that JR.com may show the iPod as out of stock and at the higher price,
but rest assured we have a special shipment reserved just for you and phone
operators are standing by if you wish to re-claim yours.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Please again accept our apology and enjoy your new iPod!
