We have received a claim under the A-to-z Guarantee program for the order xxxxxxxx because the item the buyer received was found to be defective during its first use . The buyer's comments were "Received the tablet as a gift. Tried charging the tablet for 2 days and tablet would not charge. Seller said it was a 2 piece charger and to make sure it is connected properly. I did that many times and still not charging. Something is wrong with the tablet or the charger, not sure which one. Not confident in the quality of the product and would like a full refund. Still have all boxes that product shipped in. ". |

Tried messing with the charger after first noticing the problem. It is
connected fine. Problem now is I don't have confidence in the product itself
. Would like a refund or exchange for a different brand of tablet. Would pay
any difference in price.

前一阵卖球票， 一个病人一下买了6张， 还是最好位置， 然后把我叫到一个地方meet
， 因为是大单， 我就去了， 没想到， 到点了， 病人打电话过挑明说就是开我玩笑
的。
