with all the address of the person from APO ordered from me before, Telling
them because of all those guy claim not receive, we will no longer able to
ship to APO address anymore

我马后炮几句，贵的东西不要ship to POBOX, APO, FPO, 因为Fedex/UPS这种地址都不
deliver, 你只能用邮局，邮局也只能给你个delivery confirmation, 不那么方便查到
收件人的地址。还有，贵的东西一定要买保险，邮局的保险据说不怎么样，理赔的时候
很拖，不如Fedex/UPS爽快。所以贵的东西我从来不用邮局，邮费上可能亏些，但用的
放心。

A Return Receipt after Mailing may only be requested when Return Receipt or
Return Receipt for Merchandise was initially requested or when the mailpiece
was an Express Mail service, Certified Mail, Registered Mail, Collect on
Delivery (COD), or Insured (for over $200) item.
Requests for a Return Receipt after Mailing for Express Mail items must
be made within 90 days after the date of mailing.
Requests for a Return Receipt after Mailing for Certified Mail,
Registered Mail and COD items and mail Insured for over $200 must be made
within 2 years after the date of mailing.
