刚收到打印机马上就要return, 说printer找不到cartridge,是defective product。
回信告诉她这个应该不是打印机的问题,而是自己set up issue,让她好好看说明书,
不行找HP.
今天拿了个自己编的HP的email来骗我(email address 被removed),说
as per your request we contacted HP technical support group and have their
oppinion about not-working printer......
you can see the e-mail below...
Please provide us with return shipment label for this printer and if you are
unable to replace printer - we need money back, so we can get it some other
place...
所谓的HP的email里的printer 的SN#和我卖给她的不一样,email也并没有说是产品有
任何问题,只是confirm这个SN#的pinter卖了。
这个一看就是明显的骗子,请问大神们这种情况怎么处理?回信告诉她我卖给她的SN#
不同?拒绝return?
