The sweater arrived today and while I absolutely love it there is a very
large pull/imperfection directly to the left of the button placket (next to
the navy argyle).
Before leaving negative feedback about it, I wanted to contact to see if the
issue could be rectified. If I were to return it, I don't think I should be
responsible for return shipping since the flaw was not mentioned in your
listing.

如果对方同意部分refund 最好
如果不同意 那就退回来吧 |

fee
而且要 收到后 再给refund
如果质量问题的话 开case也肯定输啊 就自己承担损失了
不过我觉得 也得收到之后再给refund吧 |
