I ordered the Epson C11C655001 Stylus Photo 1400 from you about a week ago,
my order number was . When I ordered the printer it said that the Ink would
be included. However, when I received that printer and hooked it up MOST
the cartridges were half empty, one of them was 1/6 full and another was
completely empty. I need this printer for my homework as an art student, I
cannot afford to buy more ink right now and I was not planning on having to
buy any ink because your ad said that ink was promised with the printer. I
would appreciate if you could either send me a package of all new inks or
refund me for the price of the ink so I can buy more. I would like to have a
good transaction with you, the printer seems to be working fine, but I
cannot test the print quality until I have the ink. You can reach me at [e-
