Can I open a business account for ebay and paypal with the same name and
address? I don't want the new account affect my persion account since it has
ebay cash back.
Using the business account to buy things from ebay is also free? I mean I
prefer buy something with credit card through paypal.(cash back and
protection purpose).

的东东，走paypal加amex,信用卡收了1.99,什么道理，ebay上显示收0.99,paypal显示
是从信用卡charge 0.99,但信用卡pending 1.99.
