当时用ebay gc付的
周四收到，因为我一直不在家，lp没拆
今天拆开一看是空的
包裹是用usps寄来的，要sig
我到usps.com上request了一下
这个包裹是被一个叫J. Tallman的人签收的
估计是误寄到他家，他打开一看是iphone就偷了
然后封上又放到我家mailbox里
各位神医神户, 这种情况我该怎么办?
是直接file没收到，还是实话实说
因为pp必须赢case
如果是cc买的，pp输了还可以用cc dispute

去想办法。最好不要说你收到空盒子的事，这事有点画蛇添足，除了你没人知道 | e**a

File eBay case is NOT nice and NOT right, and whoever does this is an
evil
patient.
The righteous thing to do:
1 contact USPS post police/find the mailman and locate where Tallman
is(if
it is UPS or Fedex that would be much easier). I myself also baught the
iphone from same seller and got all delivered by UPS not USPS.
2 Contact home insurance / shopper protection etc if USPS cannot
recover the
package. Lz will get covered by insurance/protection plan by CC etc.
remember: no matter what is your reason, once you open any case on eBay
your
account will be flagged and will be suspended when eBay deems it is
not
okay to do business with you. One of my accounts was suspended due to
the
same reason (used to buy lots and lots of stuff on eBay and opened some
cases, about 2% case rate) and till now my other accountsare suffering
from
that.
