大家整天说碰上病人使坏了,给A-Z了,那卖家就没有对付的办法了么?

Basically NO. 但可和骗子软磨,让他慢慢吐露信息,但态度一定要好, 到一定时候
,他就不能自圆其说,你再反馈一击, 胜卷在握。
对职业骗子,他不再理你。上述办法无效。 但要想Amazon file case, case一多,
Amazon 自然会kick his butt.

多谢答复,我能跟amazon说再也不想和此人交易了么?医院是可以自己设置黑名单的,

You cannot block buyers at Amazon. If you had a bad experience with a buyer,
such as defective claims, not as described, not received, you can talk to
Amazon and cancel the transactions. In this case, if buyer leave a negative
feedback, Amazon can remove it. If no such bad experience, you can cancel
the order, but the buyer may give you a negative. Most importantly,
communicate with your buyer politely and try to solve an issue with a mutual
understanding. Goos luck!

更正一下,这件事我也有错,我的确发错货了,并且在感觉不对劲的情况下因为忙着写
文章,没有跟客户确认,当时觉得发错的东西售价比他买的要高,如果他不满意的话是
会来找我的。结果我的错误被对方利用了,他等我该商品存货售完后几天(也是他收到
货的7周后),说没有收到。并很快提交了A-Z,摆明了要把钱要回去,让我出钱送他一
瓶“更高价”的保健品。

和邪犹病人磨了将近一周,最后我说,I would either refund you or send you the
one you ordered. Could you return the one you got as it was received?
他答复:At this point, go ahead and refund the order.
The other bottle cannot be returned at this point.
摆明了就是要钱,别的都不管。
而且amazon的A-Z说明里有一句,即使没有return也要退钱。这不是明摆要牺牲卖家讨
好不良买家么?
于是我坚持说:usually refund will be arranged upon return of wrong item. in
this case, could you tell me why this item you got is not available for
return?
他直接写信给amazon了,不过我看不到这封信,也看不到amazon的回信。
所以以后我会带着有色眼镜看待他们。

Amazon从我账户退款给他之后,他还能neg我吗?
我怎么才可以file case on him?
第一次被A-Z,正常客户一般是不会走这步的。

He can neg you after A-Z. If in any case, you admitted your fault, then you
have to refund him. There are always A-Z cases. When you get used to it, you
will feel that is part of business.

现在才看到amazon的信,他写信说我是故意发给他鱼油的。靠,还能把白的说成黑的了。
