I do not think it is practical to get all the money back to all vicims in a
short time frame. It is better for all victims to stick together to make him
to figure out a repay plan, and more importantly, force him to excute the
plan. Unfortunately, his family in China may have to get invovled in this
process. The intent here is still to save this kid and save the vicitms's
money.
The worst scenario could be Liz6i loses the freedom and the victims lose
money.
The victims have a QQ group. They can select two or three victims, either
who live close to Cleverland or who had more moeny involved, fly to Liz6i's
place to work out the repay plan with him, video at least record the meeting
, avoid things become physical at this stage, keep other vicitms updated in
the QQ group. It is kinda dispointed that no any updates from this QQ group
so far.
Solve the situation in private way or legal way. Do not keep LiZ6i at large
any more. |

1. 所有受害者集合成一个集体，以集体的形式处理此事，
2. 找到6i,要求他签个欠款协议，在一定时间之内归还所有债务，第一期必须先还至少
50%,然后后面分期。
3. 如果6i无法接受2的条件，以集体的方式报警，找FBI的恐怕拖得时间会比较久。最
好是在他local的警局报警，出面的人和证据尽可能的多。
对6i的建议，你这时候是时间动用你同学和朋友关系的时候了，好歹你是南大的，厚着
脸皮问你的同学校友借钱吧。估计愿意借给你的不会有，不过如果你真的够诚恳，难保
不会有人愿意救你于水火中。
最终的结局：
国内高利贷逼债的方式在美国不适合，所以大家做好拿不回来的准备，如果真的拿不回
来，让他进监狱接受教训也是应该的。
总体来说我不太看好短期之内拿钱回来。 |
