后第八天说要退货，说我寄给他不是新的，要我full refund不然就会file A-Z，我
问如果是我寄旧的给他为何八天后才说，他就说东西是他娘代收的，他那几天都不在家
，我猜他是用完不想要了，才想退货，请问该怎么办?只能自己认赔吗？ |

10几个同事一起送的，有人知道这种问题该如何解决吗？我发货前拍了很多照片，但买
家说我无法证明我给他的100%是全新的。

我就是拍序号跟全新没有拆的状况，连原本sealed胶膜我都有拍出来，但buyer就坚持
他收到的东西胶膜早就已经破了，里面的iPad也已经使用过了，我也知道我一定得接受
return，但退回的东西状况万一很糟，就算我可以charge 20%也是我吃亏呀

person. It is hard to fight the evil buyer at Amazon. Amazon's philosophy is
that when buyers are happy, they will come back. Amazon is extemely bias to
buyer. Amazon doesn't care what the buyer's return, just care whether you
receive the return. Once you receive the return, it will give you 3 days to
refund the buyer. You may charge restocking fee and that's it.

nothing except cintinuing to ask you refund the buyer. You also need to
call seller support. Seller support will create a case for you so that you
can upload your pcitures and serial numbers. Right now you have to accept
the return.
If you have a strong case and lose in the A-Z case, you can file BBB. Amazon
just refunded me today after I filed BBB and lose the A-Z. My buyer
switched my new printer and returned a used one. Amazon told me that you got
the return and have to refund the buyer. I only have the choice to get up
to 20% restocking fee. I refused the refund and Amazon fully refund the
buyer from my money. I filed BBB at the same day. Three days later, Amazon
refunded me the full amaount.

最近比较忙忘了更新了
后来东西收到了，除了一些指纹还好他机器没什么刮伤
现在给我老公用，这种再二手转卖价格肯定差，划不来
包裹他退回没加signature，我回家就看到一个包裹在我家门口
如果被别人拿走那我是不是可以故意骗他说我根本没收到他的return？
当初我本来真的这么想，后来我老公跟我说算了吧！别跟这种人计较，钱再赚就有，别
损了自己
我只是在想，难道Amazon都没办法治这种evil吗？
