, says that due to complications that might arise with PayPal transactions (
something to do with the Electronic Funds Transfer Act) and weak second
quarter sales, HP may ship the orders that have gone to factory and were
paid via PayPal. The upside for HP is that they can show strong sales
numbers in the this quarter and charge the losses to the third quarter, when
sales spike up with back to school purchases.
