发帖数: 599 | 6 Most of case, it is useless even if pay and fill the call back form, Usps
still will deliver the package to destination. It is USPS. The best way is
ask receiver to return the package. I paid a couple of times ten dollar to
fill the call back form. But I never had a sucessiful. Only one is back
because no receiver and need signature.
