上个月买的HP 8600+, 今天马上快到30天return 期限了, 发信来说要求return:
Return reason: Defective/Does not work properly
Buyer comments: The printer will not print on the paper sizes I need, not in
the description.
Update1:
我回信说要他自己付return shipping后, 垃圾又发信说:
I will not be paying any return stocking fee for the printer. It does not
work as we need it to as we cannot print custom paper sizes. We expect a
full refund for the printer and will dispute with Amazon if necessary.
Update2:
现在垃圾file了A-to-Z. 我的representation:
The buyer submitted a return request, and I already authorized his return
and ask him to return it back to me. I also provided him Amazon's return
policy link regarding return and refunds. Please check my email
communication with him.

垃圾今天又给amazon打电话, 发来这样一封信:
Hello,
We've been contacted by one of our mutual customers regarding an order
placed with your store. Below is the information provided by the customer:

Item: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Wireless Color Printer with
Scanner, Copier & Fax
Reason: Cancel or Modify an Order
Details: hello,
the customer call us regarding about the restocking fee that you are saying
that the customer will pay, the customer dont need to pay the the restocking
fee because he receive the item defective, the claim was filed already
against your company.

这不能算evil啦,很正常。不管他就是了,他找amzon,amazon会帮他出点运费,然后
你尽管扣restocking fee 好了。准备好材料证明不suppose 能打印custom paper。

amazon还能帮病人出运费啊,我碰到过开了az死活不肯出运费寄回来的病人,然后
amazon就判他输了

开了az了,强硬到底吧,反正你这么多order,多几个az也影响不大,对这种人就是得

类似的一个case,说程序不能安装到他的笔记本上,最后我被迫掏运费运回来。drop完
病人马上a-z,日。马鬃立刻全赔。日^2.

当然了...我给他回了封信, 也update了claim representation:
The buyer contacted us before regarding this printer couldn't print on the
paper sizes he needed, as shown in his original return request: The printer
will not print on the paper sizes I need, not in the description. We
already responded that what kind of size of paper can be printed by the
printer is clearly stated in the description, it's the buyer's
responsibility to READ the description and understand its functionality.
According to his initial request and subsequent email communications, it is
NOT the printer doesn't work, or malfuction, it is NOT defective as he
stated in this message. Therefore, we follow Amazon's standard return and
refund policy to process this return.

其实是14天
Electronics: Electronics products can be returned if postmarked within 30
days of the delivery of the original shipment to the buyer.
If the item is shipped as New or Used and is defective or damaged upon
receipt, the buyer must report the defect/damage to you within 14 days of
receipt and make return arrangements.
If the item becomes defective more than 30 days after shipment and is under
warranty, please assist the buyer in pursuing a warranty claim with the
manufacturer.
