如果发支票银行不认的话，估计你的银行就要算你手续费了

1) your bank would very deny ur check
once that is denied you can not ask for re-issue of the check.
2) if you just call rebate company and claim u have not yet receive the
check, they should be easily issue you a replacement check.. but if
you tried to deposit and get denied, they have more reason not to re-
issue you the check. |
