19号就shipped了今天还没到，用tracking by reference的方法查才发现被UPS寄丢了
，状态成了这个
Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details.
/ All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the
sender with details of the damage.
UPS太狠了吧连envelop都扔了.
刚打电话给EPG，竟然还说他们查不到状态让我等2天，实在是无语了，这种情况，epg
