Wi-Fi Bundle" from our FBA on Amazon. Buyer selected "Next day" shipping.
This item was delivered on 01/08/2013 at 3:25 P.M.
After just 7 hours (Tue 1/08/13 10:30 PM ), Amazon refunded that order plus
refunded all the shipping cost to buyer. This item became unfulfillable.
2. We applied removal for this unfulfillable item from Amazon late. And we
received that removal item
today (01/16/2013)
3. We checked that returned FBA removal item:
The registeration Serial Number on the original Factory Box is: DC421584xxx
(See attached picture)
This Serial number DC421584xxx is match our recorded serial number. Amazon
Fullfillment Center did ship the right package for us to the buyer.
But the inside product is used, old and bad. The registeration Serial Number
on the item is: DC420540xxx
(see attached picture)
This DC420540xxx is not belong to us. We recorded all serial numbers in our
system if sold from us:

4. The conclusion is:
This buyer use the used , old and bad item replaced our sealed brand new
item, then filed the return from Amazon. It is fraud return. And even if
this buyer let seller cover the shipping cost.
5. As seller, this return is unacceptable.

天告诉
你仍然不能确认是不是调包，所以不能赔钱。理论上谁还没事留了一堆退回来的箱子。
当然后来还是全给1星feeckback把钱搞回来了。
老手客服是直接告诉你会赔钱。

After I provided the pictures of the item packaging with the correct UPC and
FNSku and a picture of the incorrect item this morning.
Amazon email me:
Dear Seller,
Thank you for providing us the images of the product.
With the help of your information, I have followed up with the higher
authority and reimbursed the amount of $ 298.23 towards the Order ID : 110-
2376521-xxxxxx for the ASIN : B002I0JZOC to our payments department for
their review.
Hence, this amount should be posted to your account in the next five
business days as an “Other” transaction on the finance report.
