发帖数: 15270 | 3 Buyer can't revise the fb unless seller sends her a feedback revise request.
The correct procedure is you send her a fb revise request and wait for
buyer to accept it . Once buyer accept the request she is able to revise the
feedback. Refund after you see fb is revised.

only cancel the transaction but didn't revise the feedback.
