发帖数: 4028 | 4 不是， 12/13/2012收的COD Harden edition xbox version，总共15个，寄的慢拖个三
四天才寄就算了，但是前面14个寄错了两个ps3 version给病人。
后来让他重新ship，怕再出问题导致超卖，就没再卖了，直到最近才想起来还有最后一
个，今天已经8天了还没ship。

Hi,
This special item was ordered for my son's birthday present. His birthday
was Feb. 12th. We could have gone to Gamestop, less than 1 mile away & had
the game that day but I offered him the option of waiting a few days to get
this special “Hardened Edition” (that was only $79 at Gamestop with pre-
order). So, for 2 times the cost of buying the game brand new, PLUS the
expense of "expedited shipping" & the wait, I placed this order for TWO
REASONS 1 This gift is the ONLY gift he is getting. I lost my job so wanted
a gift better than a plain video game & 2 It is MORE than a birthday gift.
My son pulled his grades up to straight As (from 4 As 3Bs & 2Cs), in a very
challenging gifted curriculum at his nationally ranked school & also WON his
school's science fair (at a school of 500 gifted & talented children). He
went on to compete at the District VII Science Fair at LSU & took 3rd place
against competitors from more than 7 parishes (Counties - Louisiana has "
Parishes") & hundreds of kids from over 80 schools.
Because I am currently an unemployed single mom with little savings, I
stretched to set a $100 budget for his gifts/rewards so, it could have been
2 or 3 lesser gifts or 1 really good gift. Aware of our financial
constraints, my kid even offered that he would be "ok with just the used
game from Gamestop”. Amazing. I assured him I could handle the cost but
nonetheless he retrieved the $50 Amazon gift card his Uncle gave him for
Christmas & contributed to the purchase of his own gift! I cannot tell you
how proud I am of his maturity & his heart.
I took great care in selecting YOU, seller, with the highest positive rating
of those offering unopened, brand new from the factory games with DLC still
available for the buyer. I paid the extra money for EXPEDITED SHIPPING
because, after all, it is primarily his birthday gift & his birthday was the
12th! Aside from a small gift from my mother, this is the ONLY birthday &
other reward/gift he is getting for birthday & phenomenal accomplishments!
Every day he checks for the package repeatedly until 7:30 pm (the time we
determined that our neighborhood UPS & FedEX men stop making deliveries.)
In fact, a few days ago, I thought he was in his room playing XBOX but found
him sitting on the font porch (which he never does) on his childhood
painted stepping stool staring at the road waiting - hoping it would arrive.
He had already been out there for over an hour & asked if I would bring
him a bottle of water as he didn't want to miss the delivery man & insisted
on staying out watching traffic all afternoon - despite my assurances that
the tracking info would be different if it was arriving that day.
Had I known this would be the result, I would have made different decisions.
I thought it was enough to pay for “expedited” shipping, from a seller
with high positive ratings! Additionally, it would be a lesson in patience.
However, the package has been 'IN TRANSIT" for 10 days! THAT IS NOT
EXPEDITED SHIPPING! Let me reiterate, this is the ONLY gift he is getting
– it is ALL I CAN GIVE HIM! AND TO MAKE IT WORSE HE EVEN CONTRIBUTED HIS $
50 CHRISTMAS GIFT TO THE EFFORT!
It is breaking my heart as I watch him go to the door 10 times every
afternoon & watch optimism turn to disappointment. I am so upset that I am
ready to just CANCEL the order, write a horrible review on your profile or
file a grievance with Amazon!
As a single mom, I use any situation as a learning opportunity. This one was
to teach patience - delay immediate gratification - good things are worth
the wait. Well, even I cannot continue that line of reasoning.
I hope you understand that this matter, which you may view as trivial. has
had a powerfully negative impact on the happiness of a little boy that
deserves better & undermined what could have been a positive character
building lesson for him. |

不好管理。或者把货都弄到自己能控制的地方或者可靠的仓库 。 |
