the order was refunded long time ago. and got an email today:
"We have talked to the Credit company as well as looked at statement. There
is no way possible for the money to be sent in to the old account that was
closed. Can you please confirm that the funds have left your account. I
know a refund was initiated but we have never recieved money back so we are
without reimbursement for the products we returned. PLEASE confirm whether
or not the funds have left your account. If the monies have not left your
account could we please just get the tablets sent back? We would gladly pay
for shipping. Thank you"
