四个月前卖了个thinkpad charging dock，现在突然chargeback
amazon发信说是信用卡公司要求的，估计是evil直接dispute信用卡
amazon说要proof of delivery，我是在amazon上买的lable，还能查到tracking
information，而且正好留了当时drop off receipt，是不是提供这些就可以了？

还买了usps的保险，如果输了amazon的，可以向usps claim吗？
