reseals them to sell as: “new”. I can no longer give this USED torn-open
item as a birthday gift I was hoping for. Reported this fraudulent seller to
Amazon for fraud.
这个EVIL太狠了，寄了新的东西，结果收回一个差评和A-Z。NND。。。

发帖数: 4476 | 4 I have a similar experience and I won. The buyer had the same claimed and
similar feedback. I online chatted with HP representitive. HP told me that
the computer is new and just registered at HP. Then HP gave me the name,
phone number, and address of the registration. This information is exactly
the same as my buyer. I sent that information to the buyer (also reported to
Amazon). The buyer then withdrew the A-Z claim and removed the feedback. We
need record every bit of information of the sold item (serial number and
production number for HP). Then you can talk to the manufacturers and then
get the information you need. You need to have a skill and excuse to get
that information which is private in most cases.

发帖数: 2720 | 8 70块钱的小东西，亏了就认了，吃个nag和a-z，实在是火大啊。
没有record s/n，无从查起啊，就算有，只要他不注册，厂家也不会有记录。真不知道
这个a-z能不能打赢。这个臭不要脸的，居然自己开了包装后，拍了个照片给amazon，
evil得也忒专业了，唯一美中不足的是，他没有先联系我退还就直接nag和a-z了，就这
一点，我要跟amazon好好理论。 |

西用过了，amazon也不能remove，因为产品问题。今天我把退回来的软件直接装到我的
电脑上，一点问题也没有，有效时间，数量都没有任何问题。简直不敢相信一个老太这
么坏，amazon已经关了case说不再review了，今天又重开去理论了。 |
