I have researched and can see that refund has been processed on July 10,
2013.
Unfortunately, seller support does not have more details on why this order
was refunded. We at Seller Support have limited access to communications
between Buyer and Customer Support and are unable to provide you with the
exact reason as to why the refund was given.
