Dear FBA Seller,
Learn More About FBA's Distributed Inventory Placement

Based on your recent inbound history to Amazon fulfillment centers, we found
you have been deleting shipments in a way that makes your inventory
unbalanced across the network. You must follow FBA's shipment creation
guidelines to help ensure that your inventory is balanced across the network
. Click the button at right to learn more.
To avoid inbound issues, please adhere to the following requirements:
* When sending or replenishing inventory, Amazon
will split the units into individual shipments.
Amazon considers these shipments a plan.
•Do NOT delete or ignore the shipments in the plan.
Send each shipment in the associated plan*. If the shipments are created
within the same plan in the shipment creation workflow, those shipments
should be sent or deleted together. Deleting part of the associated
shipments will break the balance in your inventory, which will subsequently
have an impact on the fulfillment services. If for some reason you need to
delete the shipment, please delete all the shipments in the plan then re-
create the shipments. If you want to send your inventory to one location,
you can use the Inventory Placement Service (sign-in required).
•All shipments in a plan are expected to be received within seven days
of each other.
Please ship all related shipments in a plan at the same time. You can use
the Amazon Partnered Carrier service to track the transit time.
IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with FBA product preparation requirements,
safety requirements, inbound requirements and product restrictions may
result in the refusal of inventory at the Amazon fulfillment center,
disposal or return of inventory, blocking of future shipments to the
fulfillment center, or charging for unplanned services at the fulfillment
center. Also, failure to follow the shipment plan can cause delays in your
inbound shipment receive time.
