International Mail. I understand that you would like additional information
on your First-Class Mail International item. Unfortunately, the number you
provided, LJ######## is a customs label number, rather than a tracking
number. We generally will scan these items at acceptance within the United
States, but this type of number is not scanned for tracking purposes outside
the United States. The last United States scan I have on this item is: Your
item was processed through and left our Chicago, IL facility on July 10,
2013. The item is currently in transit to the destination
$$$, it is possible that your item has already been delivered. However, if
the recipient says it has not been received, your best option is to have the
recipient contact their delivery service in the foreign country. They can
also contact their country's customs office with this customs form number to
inquire if more information can be obtained. It is possible that they have
information locally that is not included in our system.
We offer these non-trackable services to provide some low cost options for
International mail. This gives our customers the freedom to choose whether
or not to pay for tracking based on their individual needs.
Tracking, tracing, insurance, or inquiries are not provided as part of the
service for First Class Mail International and foreign posts are not
required to capture the scans.
For future reference, if you need to track your International Mail please
consider using our Global Express Guaranteed or Priority Mail Express
International services. Delivery information is available to most countries
for C-series customs label numbers that come with Regular Priority Mail
International, or the Medium and Large Flat Rate boxes. You can also receive
confirmation of delivery when using our Registered Mail service in
conjunction with the specific class of mail you use.

中包有tracking，寄过10来个吧，也没丢过

我一个多月前也寄了一个同样包裹，一直只显示到了纽约，EMS上只显示投递。难道包
裹还在美国?急死人了。打电话问不出来，也没任何保险。
