对方收到后说
Comment/ Question: I received the book today. Thank you for your speedy
shipping. This book was listed under "brand new" on the website. I
purchased it because it was a great price for a "new" book. After opening
the packaging and removing the book, I immediately noticed the spinal
binding. The binding on the spine is not sturdy at all. When the book is
lying with the front cover facing and looking the binding it is separating
on both the front cover and back cover, which leads me to believe that it
will be completely separated by the time the semester ends and I'll be
dealing with pages falling out of the book.
这种情况怎么办呢？我也没有给我的书拍照。我list的价格也是市场价格。并不是什么
great price。 |

as I need my refund because I have to purchase another book and have it
before classes begin. By the way, if I had been at a bookstore and saw this
book in the condition that it is in, I would not have purchased it because
the binding is not sturdy enough to withstand someone actually using the
book for studying. The ONLY way I would have purchased this book in the
condition that it is in is if it were the LAST BOOK on the shelf.
