I just received the camera today and I am not happy! The box for the actual
camera has been opened unlike the your description! The lens has a scuff
mark on it like it was dropped and there is a finger print on the actual
lens! You said it was a new unopened item! I think this is a used item and
either I want a full refund including return shipping or I want $150 partial
refund. I am going to stress that I am not happy with this purchase
especially since it was a birthday present for my fiancé! You made me look
like a second hand scumbag. Thanks!
我有拍照，有SN, 也有target的receipt。 不知道如果escalate 到Customer Support
，有多大胜算。

display不见得只有一个，而且也可能是return的。不是seal的你没打开看过的话，真
的很难说到底是他应该说你evil还是你应该说他evil

evil. 问题是，即使我打开盒子检查过， 如果buyer是evil的话，他还是可以想怎么说
就怎么说。我当然不能排除是退货的可能性， 不过buyer又写信过来说少了一堆东西，
"This item came in today in an open box. It was missing parts for example
the lens cover, usb cable and battery cover! You stated it was a new item
and in an unopened box! I want a $150 partial refund due to the fact that
this do not sell for $485 used! On top of that you made me look terrible
since it was a birthday present. "
即使是退货或者displayed，也不应该少这么多东西， 他又把他financee搬出来，我觉
得evil的可能性太大了。如果真是给他financee的生日礼物，这个肯定不行了，还不退
了了事， 为什么要我refund150块？
难道nikon相机， seller就拿evil buyer没办法了吗？ |

open the box and check it. Over 50% of chance, the item has been opended
with fingerprints. You can ask 5-10% off if with fingerprints at Target.

西掉了。退回来，基本也没法用了，让你别无选择。感觉你退回$150,事儿就了了。如
果，利润打平或亏不多少的话，不如退钱算了。

在radio shack 买到一个L810， pickup的时候小二特意说brand new including
everything. 感觉怪怪的， 出门拿出来看，发现盒子本身没有seal，于是打开检查，
所有部件都在，只是镜头和LCD有很多指纹， 里面还有3张RS店及小二的照片。
想想擦擦就好，自用也蛮便宜的，算了。
