I sold an item for about $10, I mailed the item with shipping label printed
from ebay.
10 days later, the buyer open "item not received" case, I responded by
providing tracking info that shows "Delivered" status.
After that, the buyer leave a negative feedback "because he didn't get the
item, nor the refund".
Now the case is still open as "waiting for Buyer's response"
Is there anything I should do? should I refund to exchange remove negative
feedback? | p****u

这种case也没法防止，谁会为$10 evil你呀，人家肯定是没收到，小东西很容易寄丢的 | z***t

I think the item is lost. just want to know the best way to handle it.
when the buyer open lost item case, I check ebay FQA, it just said provide
tracking info is enough. So I did so, now I didn't lost money, but I got a
negative feedback.
If I refund the buyer when he open the case,I guess the buyer will not give
negative feedback, but how can I use "seller protection" to get money back
from ebay?
